Returns are accepted on all domestic orders within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Condition Requirements

To ensure the integrity of our inventory, the Maison Fashionphile security tag must remain attached, uncut, and untampered. Items must be in the exact condition they were shipped. Removal of the security tag strictly voids any return capabilities.

Processing Time

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
