1. Submit Your Item
Contact our client services team with photos and details — brand, model, condition, and any original packaging or receipts you still have. Clear photos of hardware, stamps and any wear speed up review.
2. Review & Offer
Our team reviews the piece for authenticity and condition and follows up with next steps and what to expect for your item.
3. Ship or Drop Off
Once you accept, we'll arrange for the item to be sent to us or, where available, dropped off at one of our boutique locations.
4. Authentication, Listing & Sale
We authenticate the piece using the same process behind every listing on the site, photograph it, and list it to our buyers. You're notified once it sells.
What We Look For
We prioritize pieces from Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and similar houses in good to excellent condition. Heavily worn, damaged, or unauthenticated pieces may be declined.
